EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: 


9 Years experienced Cisco Network Architecture With experienced most gained from various IT projects specializing in Enterprise Development, Customer Service and Helpdesk Management. With experience from both public sector and private sector. Linda Mbele has been able to ensure security and upgrades to desktops and laptops are kept up to date. 

Network Administrator, Supporting and maintaining MS Server, Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and responsible for managing backups and systems integrity. Providing 2nd 3th line support to clients, Microsoft exchange, Office 365, Windows 7,8 and 10 migration, VPN Configuration, managing user profiles, Overactive Directory using Quars (Quest One Active Roles Web Interface); as well as War Room Support and Printer Configurations.  

My role in Fathom Cloud and IT Services is planning and implementation of computer network, maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems and components parts used in repair work, attend escalations of the Fathom Cloud and IT Services call centre and making sure SLA’s are met.
